Employee Mediation

Employees complete an onboarding process that enables us to design an agentic mediator for their dispute. Employees schedule a time for mediation, then using our platform, are guided through a interactive mediation session that facilitates collaborative resolution generation.

Managing employee conflicts takes up a great deal of time. Initially, that’s understanding what’s happened, who’s involved, and what resolution might be appropriate. Mediaite’s onboarding process automates that initial fact-collection exercise. We speak to the employees directly, then report a summary including advised next steps back to the organisation.

We understand mediation can often be intimidating for participants. Our rehearsal agent enables employees to practice, improve, and become comfortable with the mediation process before the real deal.

Every message sent via the Mediaite platform to a LLM is analysed for confidential information, gross misconduct, and unethical behaviour before being submitted to the LLM.

 

If a breach is detected, participants will be notified of the issue, and require to rewrite the message. These instances are recorded, logged, and shared with organisations where relevant to protect employees and/or wider organisation interests.

Ethical Integrity

In such an uncertain world, ethical integrity becomes a non-negotiable. Here’s our some of our ethical commitments:

  • Human-focused, AI-powered. We will always build products to work with employees, never replace them.
  • We never use personal client data to train our models.
